Instructions

Determine start of meeting using EST "real-time clock" above (New York and other time zones are listed on the side for your convenience).
Dial the appropriate phone number using the schedule.
Response, "Welcome to FreeConference. Please input your access code, followed by the # key."
Enter corresponding PIN, hit #.
Response, "You dialed _, if this is correct, press 1. If you want to enter a different access code, press 2"
"At the tone, please record your name for announcement to the call organizer
and then pres the # key to enter your conference. You will now enter the conference."
You can bypass this step and press # or just wait.
If you hear music on the line or the line is silent when you call, you may need to wait a few minutes until others join.

It is recommended to use the mute feature on your phone if there is background noise at your location and when you are not speaking (slightly easier and faster). You can toggle back-n-forth between sharing & silence which will allow others to hear the message clearly.
Our new and improved phone system offers an alternative command by pressing *6 to Mute or Un-mute. The phone system will give you an audio acknowledgement. To hear the # of parties in the conference press *#. For more information, visit freeconference.com
It is helpful if you can keep track of your name in the order of callers and introduce the person that follows you when done sharing.
